We organize dynamic, well-managed events tailored for schools and communities. Our team coordinates venue logistics, entertainment, and promotion to create a safe and memorable experience. Every party is designed to foster connection, fun, and a shared purpose — with a focus on supporting student success.
Fundraising
Our fundraising efforts are built into every event we host. A dedicated portion of proceeds goes directly to scholarships for the hosting institution’s students. We work transparently to maximize impact and provide regular updates on how funds are making a difference, turning every celebration into a powerful opportunity to give back.

Questions and Concerns?
What if We’re not comfortable allowing outside parties to organize events for our students?
We understand the need for oversight and safety. That’s why we aim to collaborate fully with the school — nothing is done without your input or approval. We're happy to work alongside you so that responsibilities are balanced and the event aligns with your standards.
We already have school events that raise money — we don’t need more.
Totally understood — this isn’t meant to replace any current fundraisers. Instead, it's designed specifically to support individual students through scholarships funded by the event proceeds. It's a separate initiative with a very specific and meaningful goal
How do we know this won’t become chaotic or unsafe?
We take safety seriously. Our team works with the school staff to set rules, monitor behavior, and respond quickly if anything gets out of hand. Even simple measures like pausing the music to regain order are part of the plan. We’ll never leave supervision or discipline solely to the school.
Who’s overseeing the money and making sure the scholarship actually happens?
Every dollar that comes in is recorded and separated by purpose — event costs, donations, and future operations. We’re fully transparent with the numbers, and schools receive a full breakdown after each event. As we grow, we plan to bring in outside accounting help to reinforce trust.
We can’t afford to put any of our staff on this.
We completely understand. If needed, our team can handle the majority of the setup and supervision. Any involvement from staff can be minimal or volunteer-based, similar to other extracurricular events. We’ll never ask your team to take on more than they’re willing or able to.
This sounds more like a rave than a fundraiser.
We totally understand the concern. While the atmosphere is fun and music-driven, we treat this as a professionally run, supervised event — more like a school dance with a meaningful cause. Every dollar from tickets, snacks, and glowsticks is accounted for and contributes to scholarships
We’ve never heard of Party for Purpose. What if this is a scam?
We’re new, so the skepticism makes sense. But we don’t ask for donations or money from your school at all. We handle all upfront costs and only provide funds back to your school in the form of a scholarship donation. We’d be glad to share all transaction records and answer any questions at any point.
We don’t want liability if something goes wrong.
We’re more than happy to work together on liability waivers or signed agreements for students and families if needed. Our goal is to ensure everyone feels secure — including your staff, administration, and students.
We don’t allow fundraising through third parties without school board approval.
I respect that fully. I’d be happy to speak directly with the school board, walk them through our process, and listen to any concerns. We want to do things right, with full transparency and trust on both sides.
What’s stopping someone from doing this just to pocket the money?
That’s a valid concern, and honestly — it's one we think about too. That’s why we’re committed to full transparency. Every event has an open financial breakdown, and we keep records of where every dollar goes. Our mission is to help students directly, and we invite schools and families to verify everything themselves. Integrity is what makes this work — and we’re building it one event at a time.
What’s the cost to the school?
Nothing. We cover all expenses — entertainment, snacks, and setup. The school doesn’t pay a dime.
